Nicole Meier

Theo Kalogridis

Our Expertise

 Nicole Meier, BSN, RN has dedicated her career to guiding patients and families through some of the most complex and vulnerable moments in healthcare. Her journey began as a volunteer EMT during 9/11, an experience that shaped her commitment to service and ultimately led her to pursue nursing.

Nicole spent 17 years in the Emergency Department, where she developed strong clinical judgment, resilience, and a deep respect for patient-centered care. Over time, she expanded her role in healthcare as a regional nurse educator, training both new nurse residents and experienced clinicians in advanced skills such as tracheostomy and ventilator management.

Her career later evolved into leadership roles including case management for skilled nursing in-home care, Regional Director of Nursing for a Community Health Organization, and Patient Care Administrator for a leading hospice organization. In these roles, Nicole worked closely with hospitals, physicians, long-term care facilities, and assisted living communities to ensure patients received coordinated, compassionate care.

Nicole is also a certified End of Life doula, bringing an additional layer of emotional and holistic support to patients and families navigating end-of-life care.

After years of seeing patients and families struggle to navigate the complexities of the healthcare system, Nicole co-founded this company with a clear mission: to advocate for patients, support families, and help reshape healthcare delivery with compassion, expertise, and integrity.

Our team of health consultants has a wealth of knowledge and experience in various areas of health and wellness. From clinical and community health to mental health and end of life. Both our founders are well versed in many aspects of healthcare.

Theo Kalogridis

 Theo Kalogridis, BSN, RN is a dedicated healthcare professional and consultant with nearly a decade of nursing experience, specializing in mental health and hospice care. Raised in Greece, Theo was shaped by the cultural value of “filotimo”—a deeply rooted sense of honor, responsibility, and compassion toward others—which continues to guide his professional philosophy and approach to patient care.

Throughout his nursing career, Theo has worked closely with individuals and families during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. His work in mental health has focused on supporting patients with empathy, dignity, and evidence-based care, while his experience in hospice has strengthened his commitment to providing comfort, respect, and holistic support at the end of life, he also holds an End of Life Doula certification from the University of Vermont. These experiences have given him a strong understanding of patient-centered care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the complex needs within healthcare systems.

Driven, compassionate, and solutions-oriented, Theo brings both clinical insight and a deep commitment to service within Anapafsi . He is passionate about improving care delivery, supporting his clients, and helping them navigate their healthcare while prioritizing them and their goals.
